banana nut coconut muffins
these banana nut coconut muffins are moist, the perfect amount of sweet, and have great texture from the toasted coconut on top and walnuts within. i served them alongside eggs for brunch, and the leftovers have made for great on-the-go morning breakfasts. if you prefer, you can also make the same recipe into a banana nut coconut bread. either way, the flavors of banana, nuts, and coconut are perfect for summertime!
easter bunny carrot cake
this easter bunny carrot cake is not only ridiculously adorable, it’s also ridiculously delicious. its moist texture and creamy cream cheese buttercream make it the perfect easter dessert, and it also serves as a fun centerpiece for all of your guests to admire. it’s fun to make &, of course, to eat — hoppy easter!
cinnamon raisin oatmeal bread
i made this cinnamon raisin oatmeal bread yesterday morning for an impromptu brunch with friends. it’s easy to put together (i literally chose it because it was the only thing i could make with the ingredients i easily had on hand), makes the house smell great, and is insanely delicious. everyone loved it!
strawberry shortcake
I made this last night for a family get-together and was told it was the best strawberry shortcake ever tasted. It is easy and delicious–the strawberries can be made ahead of time, and the dry biscuit ingredients can also be mixed ahead. Just add the wet ingredients after dinner and whip the cream while the biscuits bake. It’s the perfect end to a meal on a warm evening!
fresh pumpkin bread
this fresh pumpkin bread is delicious, but admittedly, some work. no judgment if you decide to go the can route! however, I will say that the labor is worth it in the end–the bread comes out extremely moist, fresh, and delicious!
